  1. The administrator of the data obtained will be intelliway.pl with its registered office in Dębica, ul. Wielopolska 23, 39-200 Dębica, providing services for the maintenance and operation of the ethics.life system.
  2. The purpose of the processing of personal data is to forward the report of irregularities to the relevant organizational units of the company to which the report relates, and to enable feedback on the report.
  3. Providing data is voluntary. Therefore, the legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6 (1) (a) and Article 9 (2) (a) of the GDPR.
  4. The data recipient will be the Controller's Contractor selected in the notification as the company affected by the incident.
  5. The data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. In the event of withdrawal of consent, the notification containing data will be immediately deleted.
  6. Personal data will be processed for a period of one year for the purposes described above (unless applicable laws provide for different retention periods).
